The owner has been servicing the Columbus Indiana area over 10 years. When it comes to service we have many excellent reviews.

Appliance repair parts:
We keep in stock the most common parts for washing machines, stoves, refrigerators, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, microwaves and garbage  disposals.
We use genuine appliance parts whenever possible. If we don't have an appliance part in stock we can usually get it the same day. Unfortunately some appliance parts must be special ordered but we can usually get them in a few days.

Appliance serial numbers:
When calling for service, it is helpful if you have some basic information about your broken appliance in need.
The following information is helpful, appliance type, brand name, approximate age, serial number and/or model if you can find it. To find your appliance serial or model numbers check the examples below for suggestions.
Picture
Clothes Dryer: Check for a serial number sticker or plate on the back of the dryer. Other possibilities include the front of and inside the door.

Picture
Microwaves: The  serial and model number is usually inside on the left side wall. If not found , check on the back of the microwave.

Washer: Usually the number is on the inside of the door. If not there, check the door frame. Other places include the front of the washer or either side or the numbers may be in back.

Gas Stove or Range: First check behind the control panel or behind the fuse cover. Second lift the cook top if possible. You may also check the  broiler section. Most of the same locations apply to an electric range.

Refrigerator: Check first the ceiling and inside walls. Also check the walls of the freezer. Other places include inside of the door, the door frame, behind the crisper drawer and floor bottom (remove crisper).

What can you expect from our appliance repair service ?

We hope to answer the phone the first time you call. If we are on the highway or in the middle of an appliance repair that is
not always safe or possible. Please leave a message. We will get back to you promptly. We view customer service is a priority.
Great customer service can be verified from many of our 5 star reviews. See the about us page.

During our initial conversation we will ask about your broken appliance issues. More specifically we may ask what is your appliance
is doing or not doing. We want to get a good idea of what the appliance problem is before we arrive. This often helps us have the correct appliance part on the truck when we arrive. We realize that your time is valuable.

Once an appliance service call is set up, we will make every effort to arrive on time as scheduled. No one likes waiting around for a late appliance repair technician or worse, being rescheduled. Once on site you don't need to worry about having the "New Guy".
Bob, the owner has years of experience and will get the job done right. You will not be charged parts or services until the job is done. From time to time we may determine an appliance is not worth saving. A standard service call rate may still apply.
